4. Repeat the popping cycle;
subsequent batches are always more flavorful than the initial batch. 5. Turn off the kettle heat switch on the final
batch when the popcorn breaks over the lid of the kettle to eliminate smoke and odor.
6. Turn off kettle heat and kettle motor.
7. Wipe exterior of kettle with heavy
cloth after cooling of kettle to prevent burn or stain of oil drippings.
8. Allow the kettle to cool before moving
the unit.
9. When finished with the unit empty the
remaining popcorn and kernel tray. Wipe down
inside and outside of glass with a soft cloth and warm water. Do not use ammonia or any cleaning solvent on the
glass or plastic parts. It will damage
pattern on the glass. Just warm water and a
soft cloth.
11. Back at the shop we will give it a
good cleaning. The renters responsibility is
to the excess popcorn and kernels.
